Mitchell Teen Tries To Steal Auto

(MITCHELL) - A Mitchell teen was arrested Sunday after he was spotted trying to tow a stolen vehicle behind the Jay C Foodstore in Mitchell.
Police say the auto had been wrecked on Twin Bridges Road. The thief took off with the keys and began to steal the car.
The auto owner and his father along with the thief and his mother went to the Mitchell Police Department to report the incident. The 16-year-old was charged with auto theft.
