(BEDFORD) - Lawrence County Police issued an alert for a county man Thursday after he failed to appear in court for charges of criminal confinement with a deadly weapon and battery.
Thirty-six-year-old Kevin Porter fled from police after he was served a warrant for failure to appear.
Potter was found last night and taken by police to the Lawrence County Security Center.
