United Way Taste of Lawrence County Saturday
(BEDFORD) - The 4th annual United Way fundraiser Taste of Lawrence County will be get underway Saturday at the Lawrence County 4-H Fairgrounds beginning at 11:00AM.
Area restaurant connoisseurs and chefs will grill their favorite recipes with participants voting for their favorite dish. A People's Choice award will be given to the one with the most votes. Dunn's Bistro won the traveling trophy last year.
The grill-offs begin at noon. The musical group The Trouble With Boys will perform on the main stage at the 4-H Fairgrounds also at noon. Hoosier National Forest Furry Friends will be at 2:00PM and Giggles, from Disney's Wiggles, will perform at 3:00PM.
Advance tickets are $7.00 for adults and $5.00 for children 12 and under and seniors. Prices will be $2.00 more at the door. Call the United Way of Lawrence County office at 277-0493.
