Truck Theft Thwarted

(ORLEANS) - An Orleans teen is behind bars after stealing a 1992 Ford Explorer in Mitchell Monday.
The owner of the Explorer called Mitchell police, who alerted area police departments of the theft.
Orleans police found the vehicle in their city and arrested 18-year-old Kyle Settles, of Orleans.
He was taken to the Orange County Jail and was found to have a warrant for his arrest in Lawrence County. The Explorer was returned to the owner.
