NLCS Board To Vote On 2007 Budget
(BEDFORD) - The North Lawrence Community Schools Board of Schools Trustees will be meeting tonight to discuss the adoption of the 2007 budgets, totaling nearly $33-million dollars.
Also, a finalization of the Capital Projects and School Bus Replacement plans will be voted on.
An Executive Session will begin at 6:15PM with the public meeting to begin around 7:00PM at the North Lawrence Community Schools Administration Building on "W" Street next to the Stalker Elementary School.
Meanwhile, students in grades 3 through 10 in Bedford and statewide will be begin taking the ISTEP+ test today. The fall installment of the Indiana Statewide Testing for Educational Progress-Plus is given in english, math and science. Testing will continue for the next two weeks.
