Mitchell Man Arrested On Battery Charges

(MITCHELL) - Mitchell police were called to a report of domestic battery early this morning.
Police arrested 22-year-old David Burton after he allegedly was causing problem with his wife.
Apparently Burton left the residence and police were unable to find until later a few minutes later.
Burton was taken to the Lawrence County Security Center and booked on the beating charges.
