(PAOLI) - The Paoli Wal-Mart is helping out one of their own after a motorcycle accident in Florida.
Janice Tuell, of Paoli, who works at the Paoli Wal-Mart, received word recently that her son Andy Tuell, who also worked at the Paoli Wal-Mart, was involved in a severe motorcycle accident in Florida. Andy was there taking classes at a motorcycle tech school. He lost his right arm and leg in the accident. His mother went immediately down to Gainesville, Florida where he is intensive care at the hospital.
Employees of the Paoli Wal-Mart raised enough money for Janice to stay at the hospital to be near her son. They are planning a bake sale to raise more money. It will be held on October 7th at the parking lot of the store.
If you would like to help out, you can write directly to Andy Tuell, c/o the University of Florida & Shands, 1600 South West Archer Road, Gainesville, Florida, 32608, ICU Room 2531. You can also go online to www.shands.org, click "For Patients and Public", then "Send a Patient a Message." Paoli Wal-Mart store manager Steve Kingston says Andy will take quite some time to recover from the major surgery on his arm and leg.
