Last updated on Wednesday, September 27, 2006
(BLOOMINGTON) - A 16-year old Bloomington North High School student charged in connection with the discovery of a gun at the school is out of jail.
Allen Montgomery says he'll plead not guilty to charges of carrying an unlicensed handgun on school property. He'll be on house arrest until his trial.
Montgomery says he got the gun from another student who'd brought it to school to scare off a bully.
