White River Humane Society Asking For A Raise

(BEDFORD) - The White River Humane Society is looking for a 10-thousand dollar increase in the donation from the City of Bedford.
An agreement was presented to the Bedford Board of Works and Safety meeting held yesterday at City Hall.
The agreement is asking the city to contribute $30,000 to the humane society for 2007.
The board tabled signing the agreement until a reason for the raise can be given.
