(BLOOMINGTON) - Three Bloomington men have been indicted by federal authorities on charges that they were part of a massive drug ring.
Twenty-six-year-old Christopher Metz and 21-year-old Leif Johnson were taken into custody and handed over to the federal agents. Twenty-six-year-old Travis Sutherlin was arrested in Indianapolis.
The three were among 131 people taken into custody nationwide as part of "Operation Black Gold Rush," an effort by the drug enforcement administration to break up a massive heroin ring.
