Judge Denies Witness List Request

(MARTINSVILLE) - A Morgan County judge on Friday denied a request to make public the witness list in the murder trial of John Myers, II.
Myers is accused of killing Indiana University student Jill Behrman in 2000.
An Indianapolis television station had requested the witness list, but judge Christopher Burnham said some witnesses were part of a grand jury investigation and revealing their names would violate state law.
Myers remains held without bond in Morgan County until his October trial.
