Hot Tub Trial Continues In Nashville

(NASHVILLE) - The defense has rested in the case against Brown County resident Michael Smith, who is accused of killing his wife in November of 2003.
Linda Smith died in the couple's hot tub.
Doctor George Nichols summed up his testimony by declaring Linda Smith's death an accidental drowning. During cross examination, Nichols admitted she could have been strangled.
The jury will hear final arguments in the case today.
