Behrman Trial Begins With Jury Pool

(MARTINSVILLE) - Three-hundred Morgan County residents were brought to the county courthouse Friday to begin the process of establishing a jury pool in the case against John Myers, II.
Myers is the man accused of killing Indiana University student Jill Behrman.
Prosecutor Steve Sonnega says the prospective jurors were all given a questionnaire and then released.
The questionnaire will help determine jurors' availability for the trial.
Once the surveys are screened, jurors will be brought back just before the start of the October 16th hearing.
