Spencer Man Found In Williams

(WILLIAMS) - A Spencer man was incarcerated after he was found fishing at the Williams Dam.
Police say they were called around midnight and found 23-year-old Anthony Allbritten in possession of marijuana under 30 grams, a schedule III drug, paraphernalia and wanted on a warrant in Owen county.
He was taken to the Lawrence County Security Center.
