Second Incident Of Theft In Bloomington

(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington Police reserve deputy had a gun, handcuffs, and CD player stolen from his Jeep as he voluntarily worked security at a 4th of July parade.
Jon Barefoot returned to his Jeep to find a window cut and items missing.
This is the second time this year a Bloomington police officer has had a firearm stolen from a personal vehicle.
