Mitchell Man Mann Stopped By Police

(MITCHELL) - A Mitchell man was spotted by a Lawrence County Officer Matt England speeding south on Highway 37.
England chased after 33-year-old Jack Mann, Jr., of Mitchell, attempting to stop him. Mann tried to turn onto South 9th Street in Mitchell, but missed the turn and crashed into the curb knocking down the stop sign.
England gave Mann a breathalyzer test and found he had a blood alcohol level of .20. Mann was found to be driving while his license was suspended.
