Judge To Decide On Sealed Lawsuit

(PAOLI) - A sealed lawsuit against Lauth Resorts and Casinos, LLC, was filed by partner Cook Group of Bloomington recently.
Orange County Circuit Court Judge Larry Blanton will decide today whether or not to open it.
A statement issued by Cook says it is totally committed to complete the construction of the casino, the French Lick Springs Hotel, West Baden Springs Hotel and the other development projects.
The gambling complex is expected to open in November employing more than 1,400 workers.
