(FRENCH LICK) - A Bloomington man has bought the former Kimball International building in Orange County.
The Dean Kruse Foundation auctioned off the land and the structure last week.
Jerry Gates now owns the 300,000 square foot building and 42 acres of real estate. Gates hasn't said what he wants the land for.
