The delay in trying the man accused of killing Indiana University student Jill Behrman is already in excess of six years. Now, it will get a little longer.
John Myers' trial will be pushed back from a September to an October start date because of a scheduling conflict. The earlier date overlaps with the dates for Martinsville's fall foliage festival, which will send scores of people to the city's courthouse square. Now, the trial will begin after the festival closes.
