Bedford Man Crashes Auto South of Bedford

(BEDFORD) - An elderly Bedford man received cuts to his forehead following an accident on south “I” street and Sunset Lane near Bedford.
Police report 81-year-old Stephen Hassler's vehicle fell off the right side of the road for an unknown reason hitting a utility pole.
A witness told police Hassler had nearly rear ended him two or three times before crashing.
Hassler was taken to Bedford Regional Medical Center by ambulance to treat his injuries.
