Activities At The Fair

(BEDFORD) - The Lawrence County 4-H Fair Goat contest was held yesterday.
Winners included Kristen Kern, Nokomis Deckard, Allison Selbee, Mathew Perry, Samantha Gassaway, Zach Speer, Kayla Johnson, Dasha Tuddy, Laura Cessna, Colson Evans and Paige Hobson. In the sheep show, winners were Callie Otis, Ryan Otis, Zachary Shields, Aliza Short, Rebecca Shaw, Adam Roberts, Calandra Otis, Whitney Kelly, Leah Lynch, Samantha Humphrey, Caleb Quinn, Taylor Brown, Jacob Shaw, Jessica Chastain, Dallas Williams, Adam Roberts, Ashley Craig, Laura Cessna, Morgan Embree, and Ethan Shirley.
The Poultry contest at the Lawrence County 4-H Fair netted these winners. Allison Thompson, Jesse Ritchison, Cody Dunahee, Michael Pearson, Lainey Pugh, Kristen Kern, Lana Batman, Ashton Melvin, McKayla Padgett, Buff Brahma, Kody Ratliff, Joel Clampitt, Kenlee Ratliff, Tyler Thompson, Ronald Tuddy, Dasha Tuddy, and Danikia Bunch. Dairy show winners included Graham Ormiston, Steven Jones. Tristan Speer, Sarah Lambrecht, Schlee Lambrecht, Zachary Speer, Kayla Johnson, Laurin McKnight, Marcianne Colglazier, L.A. Walden, Craig Powell, Mariah Mills, Meagan Ryan, Tristan Speer, Tyler Bartlett, Steven Jones, Austin Selbee, Victoria Evans, Bailey Day, Whitney Day, and Isaac Shields.
Sister stations Superoldies 105.5 and 102.5 continued to raise money at the Lawrence County 4-H Fair. Thursday night, $268 was collected. This brings the total to $969. The prize wheel will be there tonight. The goal is to raise one thousand dollars. The money will be donated to the fair board to help with improving the area formerly home to the amphitheater.
