RR Crossing Arms Become Stuck

(MITCHELL) - The CSX railroad crossing arms at Hancock Avenue and Rabbitsville Road in Mitchell were discovered stuck in the down position.
Police called CSX officials and they were able to fix the problem within a couple of hours.
