Robbins Starts New Program To Help Jail Inmates
Last updated on Wednesday, June 28, 2006
(BEDFORD) - A new program for jail inmates implemented by Lawrence County Superior Court Judge Michael Robbins is called “Pathways To Recovery.”
Robbins says the program will try to impact them as they get back into the real world.
The program, funded by a $91,000 grant, will help inmates with not only drug and alcohol problems but help inmates adjust to life outside the jail.
The program will be overseen by Jim Crane and Nedra Fleetwood with offices on "G" Street.
