(MITCHELL) - A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held at the newly-built Mitchell Medical Practice building.
Officials from the Bedford Medical group, part of the Bedford Regional Medical Center, along with Mitchell Mayor Butch Chastain, were there. Doctors Carl and David Matlock, father and son, offer family medicine at the Teke Burton Drive facility.
