(BLOOMINGTON) - A Clarks Hill man was arrested Saturday on charges of public intoxication and sexual battery.
The victim claims 26-year-old William Dale grabbed her between the legs and smiled before walking away.
Dale was detained by the bar's security team until Bloomington police officers arrived.
