(PAOLI) - A Paoli man was taken to jail following a verbal altercation at the Tee Box Driving Range in Paoli.
Police were called to the business after three customers reported that 34-year-old David Lafferty had pointed a large caliber handgun at them.
Lafferty was upset that golf balls were landing on his property across the street from the driving range.
Shots were reportedly fired after he headed back to his home. Police arrested Lafferty on intimidation, pointing a firearm at another person and criminal recklessness.
The case is still under investigation.
