(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington Police have arrested a man accused of a drive-by shooting in the city.
23-year old Renardo Horton faces charges of possession of a firearm without a permit and criminal recklessness with a firearm.
Horton reportedly fired a shot at 22-year old Michael Langley as Langley sat in his truck. Horton says he only fired the shot to scare Langley, after Langley made a gesture Horton did not appreciate.
