(FRENCH LICK) - Orange County Judge Larry Blanton has scheduled a hearing concerning Indiana’s newest casino.

A lawsuit and a request for an injunction were filed by Cook Group against Lauth Resorts and Casinos, its partner in the French Lick Casino project.

Blanton agreed to seal the documents in the matter, but state law requires a hearing before a judge seals a lawsuit.

Both Cook Group and Lauth Properties attorneys will argue their cases on July 31st and representatives of the public and the press will have a say as well.

Lauth has also filed a suit in response to Cook's legal action.
