Bedford Gets Two New Police Officers

(BEDFORD) - Two policeman were officially hired by the city yesterday.

Twenty-three-year-old Jeremy Crane, a BNL graduate and with two years education at IU/USI, is a Corporal in the Army National Guard with a tour of duty in Afghanistan and a reserve status until 2010.

Twenty-five-year-old Justin Dodd, a White River Valley High School graduate, has a BS degree in political science from USI. He was a case manager from the Greene County Community Corrections facility and a Bloomfield Police Department Reserve Officer.

Both will start in Bedford in just a few days.
