New Judge For Arson Case

(MARTINSVILLE) - A special judge will be appointed to hear the arson case against the son of the Morgan County Sheriff.
Superior court judge Christopher Burnham has filed notice that he is withdrawing from the case to avoid the appearance of any impropriety.
Twenty-two-year old Robert Garner has been charged with 19 felonies in connection with a series of arsons in 2003.
