Man Confesses To Stabbing Stealing And Setting Fire

(BLOOMINGTON) - A Monroe County man has pleaded guilty to murder and arson charges in the death of a man last April.

Thirty-three-year-old Jason Martin, of Bloomington, was accused of stabbing 61-year-old Daniel Tolleson 13 times, stealing Tolleson's truck and then setting fire to the vehicle.

Martin told police he stabbed Tolleson after Tolleson made a sexual advance toward him.

Martin's sentencing is scheduled for July 27th.
