Lawrence County Prepares For Pandemic

(BEDFORD) - Lawrence County Public Health Coordinator Vanessa Findley was at the Lawrence County Council meeting Tuesday night and told them she is working with the county and state to prepare local citizens with a possible pandemic influenza outbreak.

Findley says the threat is real. She says a public meeting will be held for 6:00PM, June 13th, at the Bedford Convention Center on the northwest corner of the square.
