Kentucky Man Nose Dives Auto

(MITCHELL) - An Owensboro, Kentucky man complained of neck pain following an accident on State Road 37 and Woodville Road near Mitchell.
Lawrence County Police report 48-year-old Bernie Dotsby was traveling on State Road 37 when David J. Fagan, of Orleans, attempted to cross the 4-lane road. Fagan did not see Dotsby as he was crossing and Dotsby tried to avoid a collision.
He tried to swerve and ran off the right side of the road nose diving into an embankment. Fagan was not injured in the incident.
