(BEDFORD) - From a list of nominees vying for the Bedford Rotary Club’s Teacher of the Year Award, Bedford North Lawrence Family Consumer Science Teacher Carol Appleby won the award in a ceremony held at S&L Creative Corner in downtown Bedford, Thursday afternoon. Appleby received $300 as part of her winnings.
