Bedford Man Wins Farm Award

(BEDFORD) - Louis “Brocky” Brocksmith, from Bedford, recently received the Robert Peterson Lynn Farm Lifetime Achievement Award.

Starting in the 1960s, Brocksmith began crossbreeding cows to achieve a purebred herd. At age 83 he has accomplished his goal.

The award was published in the spring edition of "Indiana Beef".
