Bedford Fire Chief To End Career

(BEDFORD) - One of Bedford’s longest tenured fire fighters has requested to retire.
Assistant Fire Chief John R. Flynn has written a letter to Bedford Mayor Joe Klumpp asking that he retire effective June 1st.
Flynn has worked for the City of Bedford for 32 years.
Bedford Fire Department Chief Jack Stigall now has the responsibility to find a replacement for Flynn.
