(BEDFORD) - Three teenagers were injured in an accident Thursday afternoon in front of Hardee’s Restaurant in Bedford.

16-year-old Jordan L. Wray, was attempting to cross 16th Street at "O" street when 17-year-old William A. Duncan, traveling west on 16th Street, was crossing the intersection. Both told police they had the green light and crashed into each other causing Wray's vehicle to slide into the southbound lane of "O" Street. Duncan's vehicle was thrown into the grassy area heading east of 16th Street.

Wray was taken to Dunn Hospital emergency room by ambulance after she complained of knee pain. Duncan complained of stomach pain as did his passenger, 15-year-old Megan R. Deckard.
