(BEDFORD) - More details have been released on the 1997 Chevy Cavalier that was found left partially in the road on Hwy. 54 near Springville.
Police say 35-year-old Wade A. Robinson, of Springville, was driving the vehicle when a deer ran out in front of the moving auto.
Robinson swerved to avoid hitting the deer. His brakes locked up and Robinson's vehicle went left of center. The vehicle then slid nearly 300 feet, came back onto the highway slamming into the rock cut sliding another 50 feet running back onto the highway coming to rest.
Robinson was not severely injured, but he was cited for driving while license suspended.
