Senior Health and Lifestyle Expo At Stonehenge Lodge

(BEDFORD) - The Senior Health and Lifestyle Expo began this morning.
It is being held at the Stonehenge Lodge in Bedford. Music performer Peter Carling will kick off the annual event with a tribute to Sinatra. Other activities include BINGO and Extreme Entertainment with magician Travis Simms.
Seminars and workshops will be held including Patty Decker with her Senior Fitness. A representative from Bloomington Hospital will talk about fall prevention and balance safety.
Over 25 businesses and professionals will set up booths to help those in need of information about health and lifestyles. The event will last until 2:00pm. This is the nineteenth year for the Senior Health and Lifestyle Expo.
