Police Arrest Woman After Report Of Broken Ramp Gate

(TUCKER LAKE) - The Orange County Sheriff’s Department received a call that someone had destroyed the ramp gate at Tucker Lake.

When police arrived at the scene they found a woman and child stuck inside a vehicle that had overturned.

After pulling the two out of the disabled auto, police charged 27-year-old Sarah H. Basham, of Birdeye, with driving a vehicle while intoxicated.

Other charges are pending.
