(MITCHELL) - Volunteers, including Mitchell Mayor Butch Chastain, are helping tidy up the Mitchell Cemetery after the thunderstorm that roared through the area Sunday night.

A pontoon boat that landed in the middle of the tombstones is planned to be removed by a crane later today or tomorrow. Officials at C&W Conveyor near the cemetery continue to look for a new place to continue business. Nearly the entire roof was blown off during the heaviest part of the storm.

Orange Countians that were forced out of their homes are still at relief centers in Paoli. Police say the centers will close this afternoon after the last of the evacuees return to their homes.

Meanwhile, state officials continue to add up the amount of destruction created by Sunday night's thunderstorm. Officials with Cinergy say crews are making headway, but have yet to restore power to all of the more than 116,000 customers who lost power Sunday night. About 20,000 people are still without power, with the most outages in Bloomington, Clarksville, Seymour, Terre Haute and Vincennes.
