Glen Meadows Gets Go Ahead
(BEDFORD) - The Bedford City Plan Commission held their monthly meeting last night in the City Council Chambers of City Hall.
On the agenda was the final plan for the Glen Meadows subdivision. Developer Bruce Hewetson showed the board a detailed map of the new area called Meadowlake Overlook, Phase II, consisting of 15 building lots. He also explained how much of the electrical and sewer lines had been installed.
In other business, a preliminary hearing was held for rezoning the building at 326 Lincoln Avenue owned by Robert and Debra Jurashen. They requested to zone it for business to be used as a beauty shop or office. The board passed the request. The next step will be a public hearing on the change.
The next Bedford City Plan Commission meeting will be held on May 22nd at 5:30pm.
