(ORLEANS) - The Dogwood Festival will have a carnival this year!
Earlier this year, the original Dogwood Festival sponsor had to pull out due to a death in the sponsors family. Dogwood Festival fair officials worked at finding rides for the festival.
The Dogwood Festival event will begin with the Dogwood Queen contest on Saturday, April 29th. The Dogwood Festival parade will then be held on Saturday, May 6th in downtown Orleans at 2:00 pm.
