(MITCHELL) - The city of Mitchell will participate in this year’s National Day of Prayer.
City officials will gather at Burris Elementary School at 6:00pm on Thursday, May 4th.
Organizer Tonya Slone says music, speeches and prayer will be part of the observance.
Margie Neilhaus is helping with the event. Both say the celebration will last about an hour and everyone is invited to participate.
