Bedford Man Arrested For Drug Possession

(MITCHELL) - A Bedford man was arrested by Mitchell police after a traffic stop last night in Mitchell.
After a police check was requested, an amount of schedule III drugs was found in 41-year-old Michael Stamper's vehicle. Also, it was found that Stamper did not have a valid driver's license.
Stamper was charged with possession of a schedule III drugs and driving while never licensed. He was taken to the Lawrence County Security Center and incarcerated.
