(WILLIAMS) - Officials at Wiliams Dam are keeping an eye on the rising waters following the heavy rains from nearly a week ago.
Property Manager Stan Fulkerson says the flood stage is just over 17 feet right now and is expected to rise another foot today or early Friday. Fulkerson says this is the highest level for the dam since the flood of last year which reached nearly 20 feet above flood stage.
