Stalled Car Causes Back Pain

(BEDFORD) - A stalled car on South “I” Street in Bedford resulted in back pain for two Bedford residents.
Police report 22-year-old Joshua M. Woods did not see High Water signs posted on South "I" Street and drove his vehicle into the water.
Woods tried to back out of the water, but was unable to do so. Woods let his passenger 18-year-old Sarah O. Brazzel to drive while he attempted to push the auto. The car ended up off the road.
Both Woods and Brazzel complained of back pain following the incident. Woods said his floor board became wet while in the water.
