Paoli Man Not Guilty Of Shooting

PAOLI—A Paoli man has been cleared of murder charges following an investigation.
Carl Fuller, Jr., shot his father last week during a fight between the two. The elder Fuller was shot to death in the chest.
Police say Fuller, Jr., was acting in self-defense. Signed affidavits by several witnesses and evidence at the scene proved Fuller, Jr., was innocent.
Carl Fuller, Sr., owned Fuller Amusement.
