I.U. Trustee E-Mail Ires Colleagues

(BLOOMINGTON) - An e-mail sent by on Indiana University trustee has drawn the ires of his colleagues.

Tom Reilly sent a note to other trustees saying Purdue University was successful at recuiting minorities because they use a female admission counselor who Reilly describes as "tall, blonde, Scandinavian and attractive." Trustee Clarence Boone says he takes exception at the racial implications of the message. Reilly admits the remark was a mistake.
