Injured Crane Employees Released

(CRANE) - One of the Crane Army Ammunition Activity employees injured in Tuesday’s blast was released from the Bloomington Hospital.
The other employee admitted to Bloomington Hospital remained overnight for treatment and observation and was later released. The third employee was treated and released from the Bedford Regional Medical Center.
The Ammunition Burning Grounds at Crane is still secured pending an investigation into the cause of the premature detonation. Officials at Crane have taken every precaution to ensure the security and safety of all personnal at the Martin County base.
